KALI Gallery

The KALI Gallery was founded in 2018 in Lucerne (CH) as a platform for contemporary art and has been led by Nicolai KALInowsky since then. Following a reorientation in 2023, KALI has established itself as a gallery for contemporary art. With a particular focus on the younger generation of artists, the program brings together a wide range of media, including painting, sculpture, drawing, as well as audio and video installations, with site-specific installations playing a central role. ​ Inspired by the belief that art can stimulate societal debates and expand the individual's scope for action, the KALI Gallery develops a curatorial program based on critical dialogue and mutual inspiration. At the core of the program are artistic practices that act as transformative forces. ​ The gallery presents works that intellectually challenge and raise societal questions, emphasizing regional differences and individual forms of expression. At the same time, it promotes a cosmopolitan approach and collaboration with international artists.
